Qualifikationen

• Three (3) years or more as an automotive Parts professional.
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
• One year of experience in an automotive parts department.
• One year of sales experience

• Promptly assist technicians and retail guests in a friendly manner.
• Obtain correct parts and accessories for technicians and guests in a timely manner.
• Accurately price parts using the proper pricing source and record in documents and system.
• Answer telephone calls promptly and courteously to satisfy inquiries.
• Stock incoming inventory in the correct location.
• Maintain the parts department in a clean and orderly manner.
• Provide customers with information and offer additional sales opportunities.
• Create and maintain merchandising displays to promote product sales.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
