Formación

• One year of experience in an automotive parts department.
• One year of sales experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Promptly assist technicians and retail guests in a friendly manner.
• Obtain correct parts and accessories for technicians and retail guests promptly.
• Price parts accurately using the proper pricing source and record in the system.
• Answer telephone inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Stock incoming inventory in the correct location and keep the department clean.
• Create and maintain merchandising displays to promote product sales.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
