Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer-service mindset and communication skills.
• 1 year of experience in an automotive parts department.
• 1 year of sales experience and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Promptly meet and assist technicians and retail guests in a friendly manner.
• Identify and obtain correct parts and accessories promptly.
• Accurately price parts using pricing sources and document in systems.
• Answer calls promptly and satisfy customer inquiries.
• Stock and organize inventory; maintain clean, orderly department.
• Create and maintain merchandising displays to promote sales.
• Provide exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
