AutoNation’s Parts Retail Associate engages with hundreds of customers to help them select automotive parts, creating an exceptional buying experience to build loyalty. You will assist technicians and retail guests, locate and price parts, and support showroom merchandising.

The role emphasizes delivering outstanding customer service, meeting sales targets, stocking inventory, and leveraging pricing sources to ensure accurate information in documents and systems.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• One year of experience in an automotive parts department.
• One year of sales experience.
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organization and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Promptly meet and assist technicians and retail guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Obtain correct parts and accessories in a timely manner.
• Accurately price parts using pricing sources and transfer data to documents/system.
• Answer telephone calls promptly and satisfy inquiries.
• Stock incoming inventory and maintain a clean, orderly parts department.
• Provide customers with needed information and offer additional sales opportunities.
• Create and maintain merchandising displays to promote product sales.
