Job summary

Qualifications

• Three or more years as an automotive parts professional.
• One year of experience in an automotive parts department.
• One year of sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet and assist technicians and retail guests in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Obtain correct parts and accessories for technicians and retail guests.
• Accurately price parts and transfer data to the system.
• Answer calls promptly and satisfy inquiries.
• Stock incoming inventory in correct locations and keep the department clean.
• Provide customers with information and upsell where appropriate.
• Create merchandising displays to promote product sales.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
