Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY services and part knowledge. The role requires strong customer interaction, parts lookup, and sales skills in a fast paced store environment.

The position demands 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, ASE-friendly credentials, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Knowledge of store systems and inventory processes is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus)
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and parts catalogs
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
