Advance Auto Parts is looking for a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY services and parts lookup, with strong knowledge of automotive systems and store operations. The role emphasizes selling, inventory handling, and customer service in a full-time capacity.

Candidates should have 3–5 years in automotive parts, a valid driver’s license, and ASE certification is preferred. The position involves day-to-day store responsibilities, equipment operation, and occasional weekend work.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to read parts catalogs and operate inventory systems.

Responsabilités

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers and visits.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installs and wiper replacements.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Perform key holder duties (opening/closing, task assignments, safety).
• Assist in inventory processes and back stock management.
• Keep the store clean and organized, including floors and restrooms.
