Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers with expert parts knowledge and store systems proficiency. You will identify parts, assist with basic diagnostics, and help source from multiple channels while maintaining excellent service.

The role includes key holder duties and flexible weekend availability, in a full-time capacity. Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, ASE Certification (preferred), and strong communication.

Formación

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability and customer service.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals.
• Manage DIY services (battery install, testing, wiper installs).
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
