Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY functions and parts knowledge in a full-time capacity. The role emphasizes parts lookup, customer service, and sales performance across store visits and calls.

The position requires 3–5 years in automotive parts, a valid driver’s license, and familiarity with store inventory and POS systems. ASE certification is preferred, and the candidate will work diverse shifts including weekends.

Formación

• 3-5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license; ASE certification preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties)
