Volkswagen of Salem is seeking a Parts Manager to lead, develop, and inspire our Parts team. This role drives performance, culture, and customer experience at our Salem dealership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dealership Parts Manager experience.
• VW, Audi or BMW parts experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record in your state.
• High School graduate or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and develop parts staff.
• Develop staff by setting performance expectations and coaching.
• Resolve customer requests promptly and professionally.
• Ensure warranty parts compliance and processing.
• Manage inventory to achieve 6-8 turns per year.
• Place daily orders and oversee receipting and stock.
• Hold daily and monthly staff meetings.
• Complete parts department reporting and month-end procedures.
• Maintain appearance and care of inventory and displays.
