Job summary

Lithia Volkswagen of Des Moines is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our Des Moines team. You will greet customers, discuss vehicle concerns, and explain repair options, costs, and timelines to ensure a clear, positive service experience.

In this role you will create repair orders, review estimates with customers, and coordinate with technicians to keep service work progressing smoothly. A valid driver's license and 1+ year of automotive experience are required.

• 1+ years of automotive experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a professional service experience.
• Discuss vehicle concerns, recommend services, and explain repair needs, costs, and timelines.
• Create accurate repair orders and document customer and vehicle information.
• Review inspection results, estimates, and additional service recommendations with customers.
• Communicate with technicians and customers throughout the repair process.
• Coordinate repair orders and help keep service work moving.
• Complete vehicle delivery and payment process.
