Job summary

Lithia & Driveway’s L0241 Volkswagen of Salem in Oregon is seeking a qualified Parts Manager to lead and develop the Parts team, drive performance and enhance the customer experience. You will oversee warranty parts, returns, and inventory while ensuring accurate processing and reporting, reporting to the General Manager, and contributing to store success.

The role requires 2+ years of dealership Parts Manager experience and a valid driver’s license; VW/Audi/BMW parts experience is a plus, with

Qualifications

2+ years of dealership Parts Manager experience.
Volkswagen, Audi, or BMW parts experience is a plus.
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

Lead, develop and train the Parts team to meet performance goals.
Manage warranty, returns and inventory to optimize turns and ROI.
Engage customers and resolve inquiries in a professional manner.
Ensure inventory levels meet customer demand and process daily orders and receipts.
Oversee department reporting, month-end procedures and store cleanliness.
