Job summary

Honolulu Volkswagen, part of Lithia & Driveway, is hiring experienced Automotive Service Technicians of all levels in Honolulu, HI. This full-time role offers a flat-rate pay between $39 and $60 per hour, with proficiency and tenure bonuses and opportunities for advancement.

We prefer 2+ years of repair experience and ASE and manufacturer certifications. You will diagnose causes, complete repairs safely, road-test vehicles, document work, and maintain tools while supporting peak operations

• 2+ years of prior automotive repair experience.
• ASE and manufacturer certification preferred.
• Desire to grow with us in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose cause of malfunction and plan repairs.
• Perform repairs to manufacturer and Lithia standards.

With our experienced teams and our innovative ideas we drive our success while we have fun doing it!What You'll DoPerform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, observing Lithia and manufacturer standards.Diagnose cause of malfunction.Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements.Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results and time, per company recording and clocking procedures.Provide and maintain an inventory of normal mechanics tools.What You'll BringWe prefer 2+ years of prior automotive repair experience. We will review candidates of all skill level.We prefer ASE and manufacturer certification.Desire to produce and be part of a high-output team.Have a desire to grow with us in this automotive industry.Working knowledge of computers and technology.
