Job summary

EasyCare Recruiting in Ames, IA is seeking a parts department professional to assist in operations planning, budgeting, invoicing, and inventory control. You will help track daily sales, reconcile shortages and damaged reports, and ensure accurate monthly management reporting.

You will also coordinate parts marketing and conduct weekly department and manager meetings with a focus on customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related role.

Responsibilities

• Create annual budgets.
• Reconcile daily parts invoices.
• Track the daily gross sales of parts department.
• Reconcile and report shortages and/or damage.
• Reconcile parts/warranty return reports.
• Compile and analyze monthly management reports.
• Maintain tight control over parts inventory.
• Ensure the quality of customer service provided by parts department.
• Coordinate parts marketing.
• Calculate and submit monthly obsolescence reports.
• Hold weekly department meetings.
• Attend weekly manager meetings.
