O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Installer Service Specialist to support professional customers at the installer counter. The role oversees delivery activity, ensuring accurate, timely orders and coordinated vehicle maintenance. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include taking orders by phone/online, directing delivery staff, and supporting both front counter and backroom tasks as needed. Knowledge of auto repairs and ASE certification are valued.

Qualifications

• Strong background in mechanics.
• Above average communication skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Develop sales relationships with installers/professional customers.
• Take and invoice orders by phone and online; direct parts to delivery.
• Route and supervise delivery specialists to ensure timely order delivery.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained per standards.
• Complete vehicle inspections and enter daily mileages in fleet system.
• Assist on front and retail counters as needed.
• Help with backroom duties (stock, returns, etc.).
• Process labor claims quickly and efficiently.
