Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an experienced Installer Service Specialist to service professional customers at the store’s installer counter. This role will supervise the daily activities of the delivery specialist to ensure accurate, timely order deliveries and seamless service.

Qualified candidates will have a strong mechanics background, hands-on auto repair knowledge, and ASE certification. Bilingual abilities (Spanish preferred) are encouraged to apply and will help enhance customer

Qualifications

• Strong background in mechanics.
• Above average communication skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Work with installers/professional customers to develop sales relationships.
• Take customer orders over the phone and online, invoice orders, and direct delivery scheduling for timely delivery.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained according to company standards.
• Ensure vehicle inspections are completed and daily mileages logged in fleet devices.
• Collaborate with Sales Specialists/Territory Sales Managers to provide superior service to professional customers.
• Verify all product/merchandise are billed before customers leave the store and manage returns.
• Assist on front and retail counters as needed and support backroom duties.
• Process customer labor claims quickly and efficiently.
• All other duties as assigned.
