Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Installer Service Specialist with strong mechanical knowledge to support professional customers at the installer counter. The role oversees daily activity of the delivery team to ensure accurate, timely deliveries and superior service.

You will build sales relationships with installers, manage orders by phone and online, verify billed returns, and assist on front and backroom duties. ASE certification and multilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong background in mechanics.
• Above-average communication skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of automotive repairs.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Assist professional customers and installers to develop sales relationships.
• Take orders by phone and online; invoice orders and route delivery.
• Route delivery specialists to ensure timely deliveries.
• Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained according to company standards.
• Process returns and credits for cores and warranty parts.
• Assist on front and retail counters as needed.
• Support backroom duties (stock, returns, auto-load).
• Assist with labor claims processing.
• All other duties as assigned.
