Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide high-level service to retail and installer customers, greet guests, and assist with merchandise selection. The role supports store management and requires adherence to company programs.

Responsibilities include handling cash, credit transactions, returns, resolving complaints, stocking, and performing in-store services and occasional deliveries as needed. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs and assist customers in selecting merchandise.
• Greet customers and assist with their selection of parts and services.
• Assist managers and installers with professional customers as needed.
• Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately.
• Process exchanges/returns and resolve customer complaints.
• Complete daily store tasks, stocking shelves, reorganizing displays, and assist with deliveries.
