O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers. The role supports store management and emphasizes bilingual communication where applicable.

You will assist with parts selection, pricing, returns, and cash handling, while contributing to stocking, planograms, and in-store services. Key tasks include greeting customers, answering calls, quoting prices, and recommending related items.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences and look up parts.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Fluency in multiple languages is highly desired (Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist retail and installer customers in selecting merchandise.
• Handle phone inquiries, quotes, and related item recommendations.
• Process exchanges/returns and manage cash drawer and payments.
• Support planogram updates, stock, and daily store operations.
• Perform in-store services and assist with deliveries when needed.
