Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide auto parts answers and solutions for retail and wholesale customers in person or over the phone.
• Use parts knowledge to assist other team members in answering customer questions.
• Provide outstanding customer care and engagement at the store counter.
• Contribute to a positive consumer experience and fast-paced store environment.
• Operate cash register, computer, telephone, and paper catalog system.
