Job summary

BRAM Auto Group’s Honda dealership in Hillside, NJ is hiring an Automotive Parts Counter person. You will assist retail and wholesale customers, provide parts pricing, and ensure accurate parts selection with a focus on customer care.

With prior dealership parts experience preferred, you’ll use the CDK system, work in a fast-paced retail environment, and participate in a supportive team culture that values integrity and reliable service.

Qualifications

• Previous Parts Experience at a dealership is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Knowledge of dealership processes a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide auto parts answers and solutions for retail and wholesale customers at the counter or over the phone
• Assist team members with customer inquiries using parts knowledge
• Provide outstanding customer care and enhance the consumer experience
• Ensure accurate parts pricing and availability for customers
• Make precise selections of parts needed for customer demand
