Job summary

BRAM Auto Group, a large family-owned automotive group serving New York and New Jersey, is seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Counter associate for our RT 22 Honda location in Hillside, NJ. This full-time position offers competitive pay and growth opportunities within a multi-brand dealership network.

You will provide parts support to retail and wholesale customers, assist team members, and ensure a positive customer experience through accurate parts selection and efficient service.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and Clean Driving History.
• Previous Parts Experience at a dealership is a plus, but willing to train the right candidate.
• Previous wholesale experience with Honda parts preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED; technical or trade school courses or degree.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Great listening skills and empathy for customers.
• Ability to adapt and maintain composure under pressure.
• Bring solutions and problem-solving skills.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Work in a team environment and collaborate with others.
• ASE Certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

What you’ll need:
