Job summary

Madison Honda is seeking a Parts Counter Person to join our service team at our Clinton, NJ dealership. The role focuses on fast-paced parts processing, assisting customers and technicians, and maintaining organized parts inventory.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of automotive parts experience, is computer-literate, and holds a valid driver's license with minimal points. A flexible schedule, including some evenings and Saturdays, is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years automotive parts experience required.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule incl. evenings and Saturdays.
• Valid driver’s license with few or no points required.

Responsibilities

• Order, receive, and bill all parts.
• Maintain proper storage of parts.
• Stock shelves.
• Assist retail customers and technicians, including answering phones.
• Assist with parts inventory via bin counts and record keeping.
• Pick-up and delivery of parts.
• Keep department and work area clean and organized.
• Maintain a high level of customer service.
• Other duties as directed by management.
