Madison Honda is seeking a motivated Parts Counter Person to join our dealership and body shop team in Phillipsburg, NJ. The role targets accurate parts handling, inventory control, and responsive customer service in a dynamic automotive setting.

Qualified candidates typically have 1–2 years of automotive parts experience, familiarity with CCC software, and a valid driver’s license. The position offers a full-time schedule, with some evenings and Saturdays as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years automotive parts experience in a dealership or retail environment.
• Proficient with CCC software and Reynolds & Reynolds Ignite preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean or near-clean record.

Responsabilités

• Order, receive, and accurately bill all parts.
• Maintain proper storage and organization of parts inventory.
• Assist technicians with parts needs and answer phone inquiries.
• Handle pick-up and delivery of parts as required.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
