Job summary

BRAM Auto Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Counter professional for our Rt 22 Honda location in Hillside, NJ. The role focuses on providing parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers with strong product knowledge and excellent customer service.

You will use a computer and web catalog system to locate parts, price items, and ensure accurate selections for customer demand. The successful candidate will have prior parts experience in a dealership or wholesale setting, strong

Qualifications

• Experience in auto parts at a dealership is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Great listening skills and empathy for customers
• ASE Certifications a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide auto parts answers and solutions to customers at the counter and over the phone
• Assist team with parts knowledge to answer customer questions
• Provide outstanding customer care to all store visitors
• Bring customer focus and energy to fast-paced stores
• Greet customers and engage to ensure a positive experience
• Utilize computer, phone, and web-based catalog system
• Provide pricing and availability information
• Select accurate parts for customer demand
