Driven Distribution Group is seeking an Auto Parts Counter Professional to assist customers with locating, selecting, and purchasing auto parts and accessories. You will provide expert advice and ensure accurate identification, ordering, and delivery of parts.

The ideal candidate has solid automotive parts knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting. This role involves in-person, phone, and online customer interactions at the parts counter.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in retail or automotive parts sales.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts, tools, and accessories.
• Proficiency with POS systems and inventory tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

• Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, or online.
• Identify parts by part numbers, vehicle models, and specs.
• Upsell or cross-sell parts and services to customers.
• Process returns and exchanges per company policy.
