Driven Distribution Group is seeking an Auto Parts Counter Professional to assist customers in locating, selecting, and purchasing auto parts and accessories. You will provide expert advice and ensure accurate identification, ordering, and delivery of parts in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of automotive parts, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in retail or automotive parts sales is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts, tools, and accessories.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, or online.
• Help customers identify the parts they need by cross-referencing part numbers and vehicle models.
• Upsell or cross-sell parts, accessories, and services to customers.
• Conduct outbound calls to existing customers to promote new products and promotions.
• Prepare parts orders for pickup or delivery and assist with shipping.
