Job summary

Driven Distribution Group is seeking an Auto Parts Counter Professional in Jarrell, TX. You will help customers locate and select auto parts, provide expert advice, and ensure accurate ordering and delivery. A strong knowledge of parts, excellent communication, and the ability to work fast-paced are essential.

You will also handle upselling, product promotions, and efficient order fulfillment while maintaining organized inventory and a clean counter area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1–2 years in retail or automotive parts sales preferred.
• Solid knowledge of automotive parts, tools, and accessories; strong customer service skills.
• Proficient with POS systems and inventory tools to process sales and track stock.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, or online with parts guidance.
• Identify parts, reference part numbers, vehicle models, and specifications for accurate orders.
• Upsell or cross-sell parts and services; promote new products and promotions.
• Prepare orders for pickup/delivery and assist with inventory organization.
