Driven Distribution Group is seeking an Auto Parts Counter Professional to help customers locate, select, and purchase auto parts and accessories. You will provide expert advice, deliver excellent service, and ensure correct parts are identified, ordered, and delivered in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has solid automotive parts knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in retail or automotive parts sales.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts, tools, and accessories.
• Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist customers, identify parts, and process purchases.
• Enter orders accurately and verify stock, assist with restocking.
• Provide upsell/cross-sell opportunities and promote promotions.
• Process returns and maintain records of sales and inventory movements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized counter area.
