Danbury Volkswagen in Danbury, CT is seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Automotive Parts Counter Person. No prior automotive experience is required; we will train the right candidate.

Starting pay is $17.00 to $20.00 per hour, with opportunities to grow within the dealership. You will assist technicians and service advisors, identify and purchase parts, maintain inventory, and deliver friendly customer service in person and over the phone.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and move automotive parts as needed.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsabilités

• Assist technicians and service advisors with parts requests
• Help customers identify and purchase the correct parts and accessories
• Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Keep the parts department clean, organized, and efficient
• Learn Volkswagen parts systems and dealership procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone
