Danbury Automotive Group is seeking an Experienced Parts Counterperson to support technicians and customers in a fast-paced shop. The role requires accurate parts identification, friendly service, and efficient order management on-site in Danbury, CT.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of automotive parts counter experience.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to prioritize and stay productive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist automotive technicians with identifying and sourcing the correct parts for repairs.
• Handle walk-in retail customers and provide professional, knowledgeable service.
• Look up parts using electronic parts catalogs and manufacturer systems.
• Write and manage parts orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with the Service Department and Parts Team to keep repairs moving.
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing parts.
• Handle multiple customers, technicians, phone calls, and orders simultaneously.
• Work as part of a team to provide excellent service and maintain an efficient department.
