This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, want to build a long-term career in the automotive industry, and are willing to train. Starting pay ranges from $17.00 to $20.00 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for growth.

No automotive parts experience is required—we will train the right candidate. A valid driver's license and a responsible driving record are needed to support parts

Qualifications

• No automotive parts experience required; training provided.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with common software.
• Ability to lift and move automotive parts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians and service advisors with parts requests.
• Help customers identify and purchase the correct parts and accessories.
• Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Keep the parts department clean, organized, and efficient.
• Learn Volkswagen parts systems and dealership procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
