This position is designed for someone who knows automotive parts, enjoys helping customers, and wants to develop into a more customer‑facing automotive service role.
The shop owner is actively involved in daily operations and currently handles customer sales, giving you the opportunity to learn service advising directly from ownership.
You’ll work in an established independent repair shop with four bays and four lifts, servicing approximately 25-50 vehicles per week across domestic, European, and Asian makes.
The shop uses NAPA TRACS, AutoVitals, and Kukui to support daily operations.
Build your foundation in parts operations and customer service, work toward becoming a Service Writer or Service Advisor, and develop skills that may support a future career in shop management. Management is a long‑term career aspiration, not a guaranteed promotion.
