Job summary

America’s Outside Sales Representative to grow our presence in the automotive industry. In this field-based role, you will develop new dealership partnerships, strengthen existing customer relationships, and increase vehicle consignments and auction participation throughout your territory.

The ideal candidate has strong sales skills, self-motivation, and the ability to grow accounts through consultative selling and territory management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in outside or territory sales, business development, or related role.
• Proven ability to develop new business, manage customer relationships, and achieve sales goals.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the territory.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with automotive dealers and key accounts within an assigned territory.
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Conduct dealership visits to promote auction services, increase consignments, and drive auction participation.
• Support customer adoption of digital auction tools through training, demonstrations, and onboarding.
• Reactivate inactive accounts and expand engagement with existing customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with dealership decision-makers and provide ongoing account support.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and meet customer needs.
• Track sales activity, manage CRM records, and monitor territory performance.
• Represent the company at auctions, dealer events, trade shows, and community functions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
