Job summary

America’s is seeking a motivated Part-time Outside Sales Representative to drive territory growth, dealer engagement, and consignor participation within the automotive auction industry in Wisconsin. This field-based role requires traveling to meet dealers, demonstrate products, and grow accounts.

You will develop dealer relationships, promote services and digital tools, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth auction experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales or business development.
• Experience in automotive, auctions, or dealership environments preferred.
• Ability to travel locally and regionally.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with automotive dealers and consignors to increase auction participation and business growth.
• Prospect, network, and generate new accounts while re-engaging inactive customers.
• Conduct dealership visits to promote auction services, digital tools, and consignment opportunities.
• Build strong partnerships with dealership decision-makers and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless auction experience and customer satisfaction.
• Represent the auction at industry events, trade shows, dealer meetings, and community activities.
