Aaag-LLC is seeking an ambitious Outside Sales Representative to expand our automotive industry presence. This field-based role focuses on developing new dealership partnerships, strengthening relationships, and increasing vehicle consignments and auction participation within the assigned territory.

The ideal candidate will excel in consultative selling, territory management, and account growth, traveling across the region to achieve sales goals and deliver top-tier service.

Formación

• Minimum 3+ years in outside sales, territory sales, business development or related role.
• Proven ability to grow new business and manage customer relationships to meet sales goals.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.

Job Summary for Outside Sales Representative

We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Outside Sales Representative to grow our presence within the automotive industry. In this field-based role, you will develop new dealership partnerships, strengthen existing customer relationships, and increase vehicle consignment and auction participation throughout your assigned territory.

Success in this role requires strong sales skills, self-motivation, and the ability to grow accounts through consultative selling and territory management.

Rewards for Outside Sales Representative

• $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 starting base salary + monthly commission
• Total annual compensation range is $75,000.00 - $105,000.00+
• The commission plan is uncapped
• $500.00 per month car allowance

Key Responsibilities for Outside Sales Representative

• Build and grow relationships with automotive dealers and key accounts within an assigned territory.
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Conduct dealership visits to promote auction services, increase consignments, and drive auction participation.
• Support customer adoption of digital auction tools through training, demonstrations, and onboarding.
• Reactivate inactive accounts and expand engagement with existing customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with dealership decision-makers and provide ongoing account support.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and meet customer needs.
• Track sales activity, manage CRM records, and monitor territory performance.
• Represent the company at auctions, dealer events, trade shows, and community functions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Work Schedule for Outside Sales Rep

• Monday & Tuesday 8:30AM - 5:00PM
• Wednesday 8:30AM - 6:30PM
• Thursday 7:00AM - 6:00PM
• Friday 8:30AM - 3:00PM

Requirements

Requirements for Outside Sales Representative

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in outside sales, territory sales, business development, account management, or a related sales role.
• Proven ability to develop new business, manage customer relationships, and achieve sales goals.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
