Job summary

DeKalb Health is seeking an Outside Salesperson to drive growth in the automotive parts market. You will interact with existing and potential customers, maintain relationships, and expand sales on a prescribed route.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and knowledge of sales processes, with a minimum of five years in sales and a valid driver’s license. A flexible schedule is expected.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably automotive, with a proven record of progressive sales.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Satisfactory MVR must be obtained and maintained.
• Pre-employment drug test clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily sales calls on a prescribed route via driving a vehicle.
• Present and demonstrate new products to customers.
• Present pricing, catalogs, and price sheets to customers.
• Prospect and develop new accounts to grow sales.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Attend monthly Sales Meetings and training seminars.
