Job summary

DeKalb Health is seeking an Outside Salesperson to expand our automotive product line in the Troy, MI area. The role involves traveling a prescribed route, presenting products, and developing new accounts while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of high school education and at least 5 years sales experience, with a valid driver’s license and clean MVR. Flexible scheduling and on-site work are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education required with preferred automotive industry exposure.
• Experience in outside sales and ability to manage customer accounts.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily sales calls on a prescribed route to customers.
• Demonstrate products and present pricing and catalogs to buyers.
• Develop new accounts and maintain favorable customer relations.
• Track accounts, collect payments, and report sales progress to management.
• Attend monthly sales meetings and stay current with product updates.
