Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing, service coordination, operations, or support role.
• Experience in fast-paced, service-based environments with strong follow-through.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a tech-driven setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily vehicle flow through the reconditioning process and track WIP.
• Oversee invoicing accuracy, consolidation of work orders, and issue escalation.
• Serve as a primary contact for customer communications and updates.
• Maintain environmental, safety, and health standards; ensure organized work areas.
• Support onboarding of new site employees and participate in field meetings.
