Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing, service coordination, operations, or support role.
• Experience in fast-paced, service-based environments requiring responsiveness and follow-through.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfort with a technology-driven environment and evolving systems/tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily vehicle flow through the reconditioning process at a fixed customer location.
• Track and prioritize in-process work to maximize efficiency; conduct inspections and lot walks.
• Oversee invoicing accuracy, collection, and timely processing; support order-to-cash processes.
• Engage with customers, provide status updates, and address service concerns; escalate issues as needed.
• Assist with compliance, safety, and site organization; assist onboarding and site meetings.
