Job summary

Dent Wizard is seeking an Automotive Operations Coordinator to oversee vehicle reconditioning workflows, ensuring timely completion for both new and used vehicles. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and outdoor work with Smart Sheets as a primary tool.

You will serve as the liaison between Dent Wizard, dealership staff, and customers, handling parts orders, final inspections, and billing while maintaining a safe, efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Proficiency with digital cameras and Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Log and track all vehicle reconditioning work in priority order using Smart Sheets.
• Coordinate repair activities with service drive staff to ensure timely execution.
• Order necessary parts and ensure availability for scheduled work.
• Conduct final inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Manage billing and invoicing between Dent Wizard and the dealership.
• Interact professionally with dealership customers as needed.
