Herb Chambers Cadillac of Lynnfield currently has an immediate opening for an experienced Automotive Office Administrator to bring the team to new levels of success in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Office Manager with prioritizing and completing daily workflow
  • Review paperwork for accuracy
  • Accurately record sales transactions in the dealership
  • Assist with daily and monthly accounting reconciliations
  • Handle AP/AR data entry and reconciliation
  • Perform various administrative office tasks as directed

Hours

Monday – Friday, 8am - 4pm
