Job Title: Automotive Mechanic/Technician

Pay: $17.00 - $38 per hour. Pay varies based on experience and certifications. Additional compensation and incentives are available.

This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining guest vehicles. From day one, you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare you for your responsibilities. As part of our team, you will perform repairs, deliver excellent guest experiences, and ensure vehicle safety and reliability.

Responsibilities
  1. Perform brakes, suspension, tire installation, scheduled maintenance, diagnostics, and other automotive repairs within your qualifications.
  2. Obtain guest approval before performing work; maintain a clean work environment.
  3. Conduct thorough inspections and perform necessary repairs and maintenance.
  4. Test drive guest vehicles and use shop trucks safely for inventory pickup.
  5. Collaborate with team members and provide leadership to General Service Technicians.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of automotive technician experience.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Own basic automotive tools or participate in our tool purchase program.
  • Ability to work with hands overhead, stand long hours, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Guest and team-focused mindset.
  • Maintain an Automotive Technician State Inspector’s license if applicable.
Preferred Qualifications
  • ASE certification in A1-A8.
  • Automotive Technician State Inspector License.
  • Technical school certificate or degree in automotive technology.
