Job Description

Position: Automotive Mechanic/Technician

Pay: $17.00 - $40 per hour, based on experience and certifications. Additional incentives available.

As an Automotive Technician, you will perform diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of guest vehicles, participate in comprehensive training, and contribute to delivering a 5-star guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform brakes, suspension, tire installation, scheduled maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs within your qualifications.
• Secure guest approval for work after diagnosis and maintain a clean work area.
• Complete vehicle inspections and perform repairs and maintenance.
• Test drive vehicles and use shop equipment safely.
• Collaborate and lead General Service Technicians.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive technician experience
• Valid Driver’s License
• Own basic automotive tools or participate in tool purchase program
• Ability to work with hands overhead, stand long periods, lift 50 lbs.
• Guest and team-focused mindset
• Maintain Automotive Technician State Inspector’s license if applicable

Preferred Qualifications

• ASE certification in at least one of A1-A8
• Automotive Technician State Inspector License
• Technical school certificate/degree
