Job Description

Automotive Mechanic/Technician

The pay range is $20-$30/hour guaranteed, plus flat-rate earnings of $35-$45. Starting day 1, you'll undergo comprehensive technician training. As a team member, you'll perform repairs on guest vehicles, ensuring safety and reliability while delivering a 5-star guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform brakes, suspension, tire installation, scheduled maintenance, and other automotive repairs
• Obtain guest approval after diagnosis and maintain a clean work area
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and perform necessary repairs
• Test drive vehicles and use shop truck responsibly for inventory pickup
• Collaborate and provide leadership to General Service Technicians

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years automotive technician experience
• Valid Driver License
• Own basic automotive tools or participate in tool purchase program
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, work overhead, and stand for long periods
• Guest and team-oriented mindset
• Maintain Automotive Technician State Inspector’s license, if applicable

Preferred Qualifications

• ASE certification (A1-A8)
• Automotive Technician State Inspector License
• Technical school certificate/degree
