Job Description

Automotive Mechanic/Technician

Pay: $20 to $30 per hour, based on experience, with additional incentives.

As an Automotive Technician, you will perform diagnosis, repair, and maintenance on guest vehicles, participate in comprehensive training from day one, and contribute to delivering 5-star guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance such as brakes, suspension, tire installation, and scheduled services.
• Secure guest approval for work after diagnosis and maintain a clean work area.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and perform necessary repairs.
• Test drive vehicles and use shop equipment safely.
• Collaborate and provide leadership to team members.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive technician experience
• Valid Driver License
• Own basic automotive tools or participate in tool purchase program
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work overhead
• Guest and team-focused mindset
• Maintain applicable state inspector’s license

Preferred Qualifications

• ASE certification (A1-A8)
• Automotive Technician State Inspector License
• Technical school certificate/degree
