Qualifications

Job Description

The Automotive Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining guest vehicles. From day one, you'll participate in a comprehensive training program covering all aspects of your role, preparing you for advancement. As a Technician, you'll be vital to the team, performing repairs that ensure our guests' vehicles are safe and reliable, while delivering a 5-star guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Perform brakes, suspension, tire installation, scheduled maintenance, and other automotive repairs within your qualifications
  • Obtain guest approval before performing repairs; maintain a clean work area
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and perform necessary repairs and maintenance
  • Test drive vehicles and use shop truck safely for inventory pickup
  • Collaborate with teammates and lead General Service Technicians when needed
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years automotive technician experience
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Own basic automotive tools or participate in tool purchase program
  • Ability to work overhead, stand for long periods, and lift 50 lbs.
  • Guest and team-focused mindset
  • Maintain an Automotive Technician State Inspector’s license, if applicable

Preferred Qualifications

  • ASE certification (A1-A8)
  • Automotive technical school certificate or degree
