Job Description

The Automotive Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining guest vehicles. You will start with comprehensive training, preparing you for a successful career. As part of our team, you'll perform repairs, ensure safety, and deliver 5-star guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Perform brakes, suspension, tire installation, scheduled maintenance, and other automotive repairs within your qualifications
• Obtain guest approval for work after diagnosis and maintain a clean work area
• Complete thorough vehicle inspections and perform necessary repairs
• Test drive vehicles and safely use shop equipment to pick up inventory
• Collaborate and lead General Service Technicians when appropriate

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive technician experience
• Valid Driver’s License
• Own a basic set of tools or participate in our tool purchase program
• Ability to work with hands overhead, stand long periods, lift 50 lbs.
• Guest and team-focused mindset
• Maintain a State Inspector’s license if applicable

Preferred Qualifications

• ASE certification in at least one area (A1-A8)
• Technical school certificate or degree
