Our client is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist / Microsoft 365 Administrator to support automotive dealership operations through a combination of technical support, systems administration, and dealership technology expertise. This role serves as a key resource for maintaining and optimizing the technology platforms that drive daily business operations, with a strong emphasis on Reynolds & Reynolds, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management.
The ideal candidate will bring a blend of dealership technology knowledge and enterprise IT support experience, including troubleshooting complex technical issues, administering Microsoft 365 environments, managing devices and user access, and supporting dealership personnel across multiple systems and platforms.
