Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or systems engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years in automotive engineering, quality, or validation environments.
• Experience with issue tracking systems and related tools.
• Knowledge of automotive development, HIL, validation, and launch readiness.
• Familiarity with field performance metrics and quality tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake, documentation, coordination, and resolution of engineering issues.
• Log and track issues in the GIM system with root cause, accountability, and timelines.
• Act as liaison between engineering, validation, quality, manufacturing and support teams.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and provide status updates to leadership.
• Maintain dashboards and reports on issue trends and resolution rates.
